Treatment: In the busy city of Chicago, an Irish detective named Alistair O’Malley is on the lookout for any clues on his girlfriend Erika’s murderer. Alistair starts bringing his snow white husky Echo along with him since he started hearing strange noises in his apartment at night.
Alistair’s biggest lead on his only suspect is a single strand of hair found on the body, the hair belonging to a related female. He quickly suspects Abigail, Erika’s younger twin sister.
He goes on to confront Abigail in her apartment, but she’s nowhere to be found. He searches her apartment after being rudely yelled at by his Lieutenant, Jordan. He finds nothing.
In the middle of the night he hears the noises again. He gets up to investigate the suspicious creaking on the floor. He goes into the living room where Abigail grabs him from behind in a “hug.” Abigail tells then tells him she did it and pulls a gun on him. Alistair talks to her but nothing can get through, she was so mad at her sister and him for emotional, psychological reasons and shoots him in the chest.
Echo runs to Alistair’s aid by attacking Abigail. Echo bites and scratches her till she’s bleeding to death on the floor, as is Alistair. They die in the end only to leave Echo lying beside Alistair.
Character Sketch of Alistair O’Malley
Alistair O’Malley is a twenty six year old Irish detective who tries to solve the murder of his girlfriend and discovers that the victim’s younger twin sister is the murderer. Alistair was blessed with natural good looks; he has silky blond hair, clear sea blue eyes with lightly bronzed skin. He is five foot eleven and well built.
Alistair had an alright childhood (if you would consider drug and alcohol addicted parents alright.) Alistair himself had an older twin bother named Eric who died from an overdose of heroine at the age of sixteen. From that point in his life Alistair hated death and all the ways it could happen. He was appalled to find his brother whom he’d looked up to his entire life just laying on the floor unmoving with his mouth foaming (not a pleasant sight). He decoded a year after graduation that being a detective would be the perfect job for him. He started the University of Chicago and graduated at the age of twenty four, two years after meeting who he thought was the girl of his dreams. It was basically sky rocketing until his girlfriend was murdered, then the rocket blew up and it plummeted to the ground. (Such a harsh world).
Even though Alistair is a strong and brave detective that doesn’t mean that he is fearless. Some of his fears are losing someone close to him. He also has agoraphobia which is the fear of large spaces.
There are a few obstacles that stand in Alistair’s way of achieving his goal in finding his girlfriends killer, that is if he can find her!
OOOOoooo A dark movie indeed. A thriller movie always has a few twists in it. See if you can add one or two in there. Im liking where you are going with this! YAAAY!!!
